Ma Kollyan Foundation is a platform that combines charitable giving with lottery-style prize drawings. Users make donations to charitable causes and receive lottery tickets that are entered into regular prize draws.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. Donations and Tickets

• Donations are non-refundable once processed
• Every ৳100 donated generates one lottery ticket
• Tickets are automatically generated upon donation approval
• All donations go to verified charitable organizations

5. Prize Draws

• Draws are conducted fairly using random selection methods
• Winners are selected from all eligible tickets for each draw
• Prize distribution is automated and processed within 7 business days
• Winners are notified via email and SMS

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and payment information
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Report any suspicious activity or system issues

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information is collected only as necessary to provide our services and is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

8. Payment and Refunds

• All payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Donations are final and non-refundable
• Prize winnings are distributed automatically to registered accounts
• Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
• Attempting to manipulate the draw or ticket system
• Using fraudulent payment methods
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Engaging in any form of money laundering

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Modifications to Terms

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users may close their accounts at any time, but donations already made are non-refundable.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
